Abdullah Hamsa

Abdullah earned a law degree from Bangka Belitung University and shortly after joined CMP as an intern in 2017, before being appointed as an associate in 2019. He focused his practice on the corporate sector, litigation and property law.

Since joining the CMP, Abdul has gained a wealth of experience in providing legal advice and assistance in matters of employment, corporate legal practice, commercial and criminal civil litigation, agrarianism, land and property, bankruptcy and debt repayment.

He has advised clients in various sectors including startups, shipbuilding companies, mining companies, hospital companies and manufacturing companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws, Bangka Belitung University.
• Have an Advocate's legal license issued by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the High Court .
